Of course in order to create electricity, a different element must be brought together with silicon. Wondering what actually happens to the electron that gets smacked away from the negative atom? Well, believe it or not, it actually leaves the positive atom of boron and silicon and goes back to where it started. This allows that process to begin all over again, which helps to continually provide the energy needed for the power provided by solar lights. So, this process is anything but simple, but it works wonderfully to provide people with the solar power that they need.
